About Saathi

1. Saathi is an AI voice assistant from Aaptha. Your family set it up to call you about your medicines.
2. What you tell Saathi (whether you took your medicines, how you feel, and anything you ask it to pass on) is shown to your family on Aaptha.
3. A short written summary of each call is kept. The full written conversation is deleted after 90 days.
4. Saathi will never ask for money, OTPs, PINs or bank details. If a caller asks for these, it is not Saathi.
5. To stop the calls, say "stop calling me" on any call, or tell your family.
6. Saathi is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.
