Hear how Saathi greets Amma
Short, friendly calls at medicine time, in their language, and an update on your WhatsApp after every call.
“Hello Amma! This is Saathi. Have you had breakfast? Did you take your BP tablet?”
Turn your sound on.
How it works
Saathi calls Amma.
Her medicines, in her language.
It hears what she mentions.
A minute later, on your WhatsApp.
You’ve got it.
Her own phone rings. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Every call is summed up on your dashboard and sent to your WhatsApp. When something needs you, act on it with one tap.
Amma took her BP tablet after breakfast. She said she’s feeling fine, but her knee has been hurting since yesterday.

A little English mixed in? Saathi still understands.
Saathi is gentle and knows its limits. It keeps your parents connected to you, and never replaces the people who care for them.
Never plays doctor
Saathi doesn’t diagnose or give medical advice. Health questions go to their doctor, or to you.
Listens for warning signs
A fall, chest pain, feeling faint: Saathi stays calm, asks them to get help, and tells you straight away.
Consent comes first
Calls only start once your parent has agreed. Pause or stop them at any time.
You confirm every medicine
We draft the list from a prescription photo. Nothing is saved until you have checked it.

What families usually ask.
Short answers to what people ask before they start.
Still have a question?Write to us at sath2901@gmail.comDoes my parent need a smartphone or an app?
No. Saathi calls an ordinary phone number. If it rings and they can answer it, it works, including basic keypad phones and landlines.
Which languages does Saathi speak?
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati and Malayalam. You pick the language when you add your parent, and you can change it later.
What does Saathi actually ask?
Each call is short. Saathi asks whether they have taken the medicines due at that time, asks one gentle question about how they are feeling, and passes on anything they want you to know.
What happens if they don’t pick up?
Saathi tries once more 30 minutes later. If that call isn’t answered either, you get an alert so you can check in yourself.
What does it cost after the free trial?
Remind, the WhatsApp medicine check (no calls), is ₹99 a month. Saathi's check-in calls start at ₹899 a month for one parent, ₹1,699 for two and ₹3,999 for up to 5. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: you set up AutoPay first, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time.
Can I use it for myself?
Yes. Remind (₹99 a month) asks you, or someone in your family who always has their phone (a working mum-to-be, a student on a course of medicines), "did you take it?" on WhatsApp at each medicine time. Not yet or no reply: asked again every 30 minutes, up to 3 times. If you like, add a caretaker (husband, parent): they are told only when a dose isn't confirmed or something is urgent. It stops by itself when the course ends. No calls, and no spam: we only message when it is needed.
Can my brother abroad get the updates too?
Yes. Solo Care sends WhatsApp updates to 1 family member, Family Care to 2 (for example one of you in the US and one in the UK) and Extended Family to 5. Family abroad get "only when something needs attention" plus one daily summary by default, and can change it. Urgent alerts always reach everyone who turned WhatsApp on.
Is Aaptha a medical or emergency service?
No. Aaptha is a family check-in companion. It does not replace a doctor, a caregiver or emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.
Can I pause the calls?
Yes. Pause them for a trip or a hospital stay, and they start again on the date you choose.
